photos of discovered defects, and major systems in the home included.
The inspection fee is based on the size of the home, the
larger the home, the more time is required to complete the inspection!
You are encouraged to attend the inspection if possible, to learn first
hand the conditions of the home. The printed inspection report is available
the next business day!
